I had also decided to explore spirituality more over the next year. It came up during the writing course I did in November. My first theme is Sanctuary. It applies both internally and externally. I made a list of wishes for the new year and they kept coming back to the idea of making my house feel more like home, of making a small useful workspace for myself, of finding times to be with supportive and loving friends, etc. I can decide later how I want this to work for me; for now I can just focus making Sanctuary a priority in my life.
