Learning to say no is tough. It has taken me a long time and I still mess up sometimes. However, I find it much easier to say no rather than to arrive at the day or whatever and go through wanting to cancel, run or hide because of whatever I said yes to. Saying no is way easier when I remind myself of that.

Saying No is a good skill to have. My husband is getting better at saying no...I just keep telling him that I'm more important than everybody else and therefore should only say yes to me!!! That's a little tongue in cheek...but kind of true too.

I so hear ya! I have been learning and tweaking myself over the years. It's imp to say NO, for your own self and for your own growth. It takes time, but every time you do it for the smallest thing is really a massive achievement.
