I was stuck right there the other day, just couldn't handle that devastation my parents brought over my life. And I needed to do something so badly, act on it, make it right... but there was nothing I could do to change the past or its' effect on me, I felt so trapped and helpless. But yeah, then I remembered C.G.Jung, who has said that crisis is overcome by growth and change. That we sometimes grow out of our worst nightmares to find ourselves on a new level of being...
