		<description>It&#039;s their loss.  Your kids are individuals, not cookie-cutter.  If a babysitter can&#039;t appreciate that then you don&#039;t need her/him anyway.  You certainly don&#039;t want to entrust your kids to a person who will give up that easily.  

I hope you find the right babysitter soon.  Just remember YOU aren&#039;t the wrong family, they are simply the wrong sitters.</description>
